Abstract: Kurzfassung Steigende Beschaffungskosten für Strom gefährden zunehmend die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der deutschen Industrie. Können die Volatilität der Strompreise sowie schwankende Energieverbräuche von der Fertigungssteuerung zielgerichtet genutzt werden, ist eine Reduktion der Energiekosten ohne kapitalintensive Investitionen möglich.
