The objective of this article is to initially build indicators that can measure the soft skills of students from Moroccan universities and to study the degree of homogeneity of these soft skills between students from different fields, then to study the correlation links that may exist between these soft skills. Our study has shown that communication is correlated with other soft skills, namely risk aversion, perseverance, self-esteem and sociability. Hence the interest of intervening in the training of students and the provision of the educational resources necessary to strengthen their soft skills such as the deployment of training workshops, as part of the activities of career centers and skills certification via partnerships with the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, which aims to develop the exchange of experiences and data and to mutually benefit, as well as with other cultural, scientific and foreign partners in order to support the reform of the Bachelor's cycle and the revision of the pedagogical architecture that results from it. The objective is to facilitate professional integration and promote the employability of young graduates of Moroccan universities. The construction of soft skills curricula, the training of trainers for teaching and the development of soft skills modules, the development of the educational tools necessary for the teaching of soft skills, training in the creation of online courses on soft skills are among the priority areas.

Assessing business performance is a critical issue for practicing managers, and business performance has always been of interest to managers and researchers. In recent years, the world has experienced a rapid growth in the cloud computing service sector thanks to its benefits to business organizations and economic development. Therefore, the performance efficiency of this sector has been concerned as one of the keys in today’s economic environment. This study aimed to assess the performance efficiency of cloud computing service providers in the United States of America, one of the biggest global markets in terms of cloud computing, by applying the data envelopment analysis models. The efficiency of cloud computing providers was evaluated based on the assumption of the non-cooperative game among cloud computing providers in which providers selfishly choose the best strategy to maximize their payoff with three stages. In the first stage, the performance of these providers over the past period was measured by a super slack-based measure. In the second stage, the performance in the future period was predicted by the new data envelopment analysis model: the past–present–future model based on resampling. In the last stage, the efficiency improvement was investigated by adopting the Malmquist productivity index. The findings of this study indicated that the percentage of inefficient providers would increase from 10% in the period from 2017 to 2020 to 20% for 2021 and 2024. Moreover, 30% of providers showed a regress in performance efficiency over the research period of 2017 to 2024. The results of this study provide an insight picture to the decision-makers, and this research will fill the gap in the literature as the first study that measures and predicts the performance efficiency of cloud computing service providers, which will provide a helpful reference for future studies.

This study aims to determine the effect of deferred tax expense on earnings management. The population of companies used in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2018. The sample research technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 8 samples of companies. The analytical technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis, associative analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the partial study, it shows that deferred tax expense has a significant effect on earnings management with a contribution of 19.3%.
