Energy transfer–based approaches to study G protein–coupled receptor dimerization and activation

Abstract: During the past several years, energy transfer–based techniques have become quite popular to study G protein–coupled receptors and the dynamic processes that follow their activation. This review will highlight a number of important biological questions in the field of GPCR biology that have been addressed using these approaches.
