Engineered Staphylococcus auricularis Cas9 with high‐fidelity

Abstract: CRISPR‐Cas9 is a versatile gene editing tool with a broad application of basic research and clinical therapeutics. However, the potential impact caused by off‐target effects remains a critical bottleneck.
