Abstract:Properties of ferroelectric semiconductors have garnered significant research interest, particularly due to their non-volatile memory. Meanwhile, studies on the characteristics of two-dimensional (2D) ferroelectrics have appeared as a crucial topic in solar cells, i.e., bulk photovoltaic effects.
