Abstract:Nanoparticles' enhanced biocompatibility and multifunctional properties for medical applications, including advanced drug delivery systems, nanotheranostics, in vivo imaging, and electronic device fabrication, have attracted considerable interest. ZnO and iron-doped ZnO (Fe:ZnO) nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized using the wet-chemical process.
