Abstract:Advanced retinoblastoma (Rb) tumors can infiltrate distant tissues and cause a potent threat to vision and life. Through transcriptomic profiling, we discovered key epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and chemotherapy resistance genes at higher expression levels in advanced Rb tumors.
