Enhanced WSN Routing Protocol for Internet of Things to Process Multimedia Big Data

Abstract: Due to the massive use of wireless Internet of Things (IoT), the advent of multimediabig-data (MBD) in recent decades poses numerous obstacles for successful contact with the virtual era. Mobile Adhoc Network-based IoT (MANETIoT) framework is increasingly common in this regard owing to its increased communication protocols and economic efficiency. MANET comprises arbitrary, battery-driven, roaming nodes that do not have an architecture that can handle the traffic and control the IoT network. In MANET-IoT, ener… Show more

“…The performance of the proposed approach is evaluated based on the consideration of different parameters such as the Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), network bandwidth, energy consumption, and overhead routing. In [26] proposed a mechanism based on an event-based approach this approach involved in the transmission of data based on the response received from neighboring nodes in a network. Once the condition for the network is identified then the sensor begins to trigger for time period k; based on this target stated are estimated and data were transmitted to the neighbor in which sensor node able to receive data from neighboring node alone.…”

“…An illustration of the chromosome, which is a restriction based on the population's primary resolution and the nodes' definition of the connection between the node's transmitter and receiver. The following stages are used to configure each member, with the initial population shown in equation ( 24) - (26) ๐‘ˆ ๐‘ ๐ท = ๐ด. ๐ต๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘ก ๐‘ค(๐‘ก) โˆ’ ๐‘‘(๐‘ก) (24) ๐ท(๐‘ก + 1) = ๐‘‘(๐‘๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘ก) (๐‘ก) โˆ’ ๐ด ๐‘ˆ ๐‘ ๐ท (25) ๐น ๐‘– = min (๐‘€๐‘†๐ธ) (26) When selecting the threshold for nodes with initial energy, nodes with residual energy, the network's total energy, and then nodes with average energy, the proposed ORSS protocol takes into account four energy characteristics. The energy circulation of each and every hub has been adjusted and upgrades the proficiency of energy by this proposed procedure.…”

“…2) Data and information management issues [265]- [268] Traditional infrastructures struggle to route, capture, analyze, and apply the insights created by massive amounts of IoT data in timely and appropriate ways. The sheer volume of data gathered will need advanced algorithms capable of sifting, analyzing, and extracting value from the data.…”

“…Deep learning is quite effective at dealing with such massive amounts of data and can generate highly accurate results. As a result, Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and deep learning are all important to the growth of a high-tech society [22], [28], [74], [77], [89], [92], [93], [101], [103], [110], [114], [126], [149], [152], [155], [183], [188], [202], [232], [265], [318], [352].…”
