Enhancing biological signals and detection rates in single-cell RNA-seq experiments with cDNA library equalization

Abstract: Considerable effort has been devoted to refining experimental protocols having reduced levels of technical variability and artifacts in single-cell RNA-sequencing data (scRNA-seq).
