Abstract:Immobilization of lipases by physical adsorption improves their stability, recovery, and reusability in biotechnological processes. The present review provides an advanced bibliometric analysis and a comprehensive overview of research progress in this field. By searching Web of Science, 39,575 publications were analyzed, and 325 relevant articles were selected. Key journals, countries, institutions, and authors were identified.
