Abstract: Fusion of the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene is a rare driver in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Lorlatinib is a third-generation ALK inhibitor approved for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic ALK + NSCLC.
