Abstract:Enterococcus faecalis is commonly implicated in Infective Endocarditis (IE), resulting in remarkable morbidity and mortality. We present an unusual case documenting the clinical course and outcome of an elderly female patient who developed quadruple valve endocarditis due to Enterococcus faecalis infection.
