Abstract: Introduction. Pulmonary infiltrate and eosinophilia represent a heterogenous group of diseases causes by extrinsic or intrinsic factors. Extrinsic factors represented by medication or infectious agents (parasites, fungi, mycobacteria) may trigger an eosinophilic immune response.
