Epiphyseal distraction prior to resection in paediatric bone sarcomas

Abstract: Paediatric bone sarcomas are a dual challenge for orthopaedic surgeons in terms of tumour resection and reconstruction, as it is important to minimize functional and growth problems without compromising survival rates.
