Episomal tools for RNAi in the diatom Phaeodactylum tricornutum

Abstract: Background. The diatom Phaeodactylum tricornutum is a model photosynthetic organism. Functional genomic work in this organism has established a variety of genetic tools including RNA interference (RNAi).
