ERBB4 is over-expressed in human colon cancer and enhances cellular transformation

Abstract: The ERBB4 receptor tyrosine kinase promotes colonocyte survival. Herein, we tested whether ERBB4's antiapoptotic signaling promotes transformation and colorectal tumorigenesis.
