Abstract:Background: Pregnancy is a period where the musculoskeletal system undergoes various changes. These changes can cause stresses on the joints, leading to pain in them. Along with this, hormones like relaxin and oestrogen can cause laxity of ligaments and capsules, which can be another cause of strain on the joints.
