Error analysis of a charge-balancing capacitive sensor interface with resistive reference

Abstract: This paper presents a detailed charge-balancing capacitive sensor interface based on resistor-capacitor (R-C) comparison. and time references can be utilized in the CS precision capacitance-to-digital conversion. precision references is not sufficient for the precision measurement.
