Abstract:When applying phase-only computer-generated hologram (CGH) as a standard model of optical measurement in computer-generated holography for aspheric surface testing, it has the advantage of simplifying optical path configuration and improving the diffraction efficiency of the incoming light. However, errors always exists during the encoding process of fabricating multiphase level CGHs and this kind of errors will be amplified level by level in the measurement. According to the analysis of the encoding error, th… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
