was corrected to fix the number of patients undergoing intracranial pressure monitoring in the Results and Table 1. The number of patients was reported as 4915; the correct number is 3275. This error only af-fected the descriptive proportions of invasive intracranial pressure monitoring reported in Table 1, not the analysis of adjusted odds of withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment.
