“…The government to citizens (G2C) services are getting more attention from citizens in terms of service adoption (Saleemi et al, 2017), in this scenario we have also studied various literature concerning e-gov services in developing countries Ansari et al, 2016;Anwar et al, 2016;Kurfalı et al, 2017;Rehman et al, 2016) along with the United Nations report, it is concluded that Pakistan is still very far behind in the field of e-gov services (United Nations, 2018).
