Espécies medicinais do gênero Zanthoxylum (Rutaceae) no Brasil

Abstract: O gênero Zanthoxylum (Rutaceae, Sapindales) possui cerca de 225 espécies no mundo. No Brasil, são 27 espécies, com várias utilizadas principalmente no paisagismo e na arborização urbana e rural, além de apícola, fonte de madeira e uso medicinal. A pesquisa teve como objetivo realizar o levantamento das espécies de Zanthoxylum utilizadas na medicina popular brasileira, bem como sistematizar os sinônimos, nomes populares, enfermidades, principais compostos químicos e informações fitogeográficas para as espécies.… Show more
