Essential Oil and Methanolic Extract of Zataria multiflora Boiss with Anticholinesterase Effect

Abstract: One of the most common strategies in the treatment of cognitive disorders is enhancing the acetylcholine level in the brain through the inhibition of acetylcholinesterase.
