Estimation of limit time resolution in image streak camera

Abstract

The ultimate time resolution ofan electron-optical photochronograph (EOP) is usually characterized by the width of the time apparatus functin (TM'). A linear approximation is used to describe the process of cutput realization Y(t), if the input of the EOP has a time t varying radiation of power X(t) and the mathematical description is satisfied by the convolution operation
