Estimation of Test Reliability by Restrictive Sampling of Defective Products Rejected during Automated Ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing of Pipes

Abstract

Dependences of the reliability components in ultrasonic testing of pipes on the rejection quality level are considered. Methods for calculating the reliability by restricted sampling from a group of rejected pipes are proposed. The obtained results are in good agreement with experimental data of other authors.
