Estudio De Las Competencias De Liderazgo

Abstract: A survey was performed in a number of Units of Radiology in Santiago, Chile, aimed at obtaining from each medical staff (physicians, technologists and ancillary personnel) estimations on what the Head of a Department of Radiology ideal profile should be.
