Ethical Leadership and Safety Performance: Does Team Cohesiveness Mediate?

Abstract: The study aims to examine the effects of ethical leadership on the safety performance of the employees working in the electrical industry. Moreover, team cohesiveness is examined as a mediator. A quantitative study with 202 sampled employees was made through questionnaires. Structural equation modeling was used for analysis.
