Ethics of Care Versus Ethics of Justice: Ethical Dilemmas Faced by HR Managers

Abstract: This case study focuses on the business and Human Resource relevance of the dilemma posed by the two conflicting schools of ethical judgment – ethics of care versus ethics of justice.
