Abstract: <b><i>Introduction:</i></b> Complex spikes (CSs) activity of cerebellar Purkinje cells plays critical roles in motor coordination and motor learning by transferring information to cerebellar cortex, which is an accessible and useful model for neurophysiological investigation.
