Abstract:Background: Preeclampsia, affecting 2–8% of pregnancies, is characterized by new-onset hypertension, proteinuria, and edema, stemming from placental dysfunction and subsequent inflammatory cascade activation. This study aimed to test the predictive ability of hematological indices in predicting preeclampsia.
