Evaluating the Initial Impact of a Public Management Reform: A Multiphase Mixed Methods Investigation Using Q Methodology

Abstract: While mixed methods researchers have witnessed growing interest in Q methodology, approaches for integration into a multiphase mixed methods investigation are needed.
