“…15,16 Concerning the modalities of intake, the dose was known in 95% of the cases, which remains close to the study carried out by Chefchaouni et al 9 On the other hand, the time of intake was a weak link in the chain of the patient's knowledge of the rules governing their treatments, and this was contrary to the results obtained at the time of the analysis of the same parameter in the previously quoted study. 9 The difficulty observed among patients was that they did not know the recommended optimal interval of 12 h between the two doses (morning and evening) 17 since we observed that the doses were taken at random times without considering this detail. We should also add the failure to respect the 30 min between eating and taking the tablets, 18 which was not necessarily understood by the patients, with meal-taking times ranging from 5 min to 1 h. Regarding the dose and duration of treatment, the patients interviewed had accurate information on these two points with 95% and 86%, respectively, for each of the two parameters, noting that those who did not have the right information regarding the dose and duration were mostly those taking the treatment for the first time.…”
