“…Without randomized controlled trial, we presently cannot show objective data comparing our procedure and midline hepatectomy without laparoscopy. However, laparoscopic mobilization of the liver under pneumoperitoum has been reported as safe and effective procedure with good multidirectional operative view and wide working space (1,20).
