Evaluation of an enhanced pathological examination protocol for sentinel lymph nodes from patients with breast carcinoma

Abstract: Clinical trials have shown that many patients with breast cancer with limited sentinel lymph node (SLN) metastatic disease can safely avoid axillary lymph node dissection.
