Evaluation of Co-site Interference Between PCS1900 and UMTS in a Typical Outdoor Environment

Abstract: This paper presents measured performance and interference data for PCS1900 and UMTS in a co-site (co-located) outdoor environment. The investigation was done using a typical co-site measurement scenario. In the scenario, the PCS1900 and WCDMA BS systems were co-located at the same site and the corresponding devices were seperated from each other.
