Evaluation of Integrals Involved in Open-ended Coaxial Method for Electromagnetic Property Measurement of Finite-Thickness Materials

Abstract: Integrals defined over an infinite range are involved in open-ended coaxial method for measurement of electromagnetic properties of finite-thickness materials, and the efficiency and accuracy of the coaxial method depend, to the greatest degree, on the evaluation of these integrals. A scheme for the evaluation of these integrals is proposed. By asymptotic manipulations of integrands, the infinite range over which the integrals are defined is truncated with preset accuracy.
