Evaluation of knowledge and awareness of adverse drug reaction reporting among patients visiting a tertiary care hospital in northern India

Abstract: Objective: Spontaneous voluntary reporting of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) is of paramount importance to the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India, as well as for the benefit of mankind.
