Evaluation of mobile microwave radiation severity at al-door residential complex in Iraq

Abstract: In this paper, the electromagnetic radiation of the mobile microwave signals, propagated by the mobile towers in Al-Door Residential Complex west of Iraq, is measured and evaluated. This complex contains main nodes and hub repeaters and feeders to transmit the service to the whole Salahuddin and the northern provinces. Therefore, this paper focused on this area to assess the radiation and to assess the radiation whether it is safe for humans or exceeded the dangerous level. The area has been divided on to 19 l… Show more

“…Combining the reconstruction of the interference plus noise covariance matrix with the enhanced estimation of the required signal steering vector can overcome the problem of self-cancellation of the required signal at high SNR, while maintaining good performance at low SNR. This improves performance compared to existing methods and has a wide range of signal-to-interference and noise ratios [35]. In operation, multiple signals from a point source are received by the array.…”

“…There are various fields wherein the energy of sensor nodes consumed such as communication, sensing, processing, idleness and sleeping. Therefore, by managing these fields, the power of the nodes can be controlled [9]- [11]. The most critical problem is how the sensor nodes transmit their collected data to the BS.…”

“…The scientific world, motivated by the possible risk factor of EMP for the environment and human health and considering the high number of EM wave generating devices, is interested in knowing more about the pollution that the devices can generate [6][7][8][9]. Regarding the impact of EMP on the environment, in [10][11][12][13] it is suggested that radiation from mobile phones is one of the many factors speculated to be responsible for the collapse of bee colonies and the decline in the sparrow population, so there are serious indications that EMP can affect any living ecosystem such as the human.…”
