Abstract: Muscadine grapes (Vitis rotundifolia Michx.) are delicate in nature with short shelf life. Postharvest technologies like modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) with reduced oxygen (O2) and elevated carbon dioxide (CO2) could increase the postharvest storage life with better quality.
