Evaluation of Multiple Coronary Artery Aneurysms in Kawasaki’s Disease by Whole Heart Non-Contrast Enhanced MRI

Abstract: We describe a patient with history of an acute coronary syndrome. Cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) was used for the assessment of coronary artery status using a high-resolution whole heart coronary artery imaging sequence, cardiac function at rest and detection of myocardial fibrosis using delayed enhancement.
