Evaluation of Nutritional Value, Fatty Acids and Polyphenols Profiles of <i>Pyrus amygdaliformis</i> L. Grown in North-East Kurdistan Regional Government, Iraq

Abstract: Antioxidants help improve the body s antioxidant defense mechanism to regulate, prevent, or treat diseases.
