Evaluation of Teacher Induction Programs (E-Tip): Validity of the Criteria

Abstract:The aim of this study was to validate the criteria of an instrument created to ensure the quality of teaching induction programs. It was an applied research with a mixed method approach. The sample was non-probability by convenience. The instrument was constructed on the basis of available bibliography and the content was validated by expert judgment through a Likert scale with an alpha of Cronbach of 0.86.
