The article presents proposals for the development of the quality management system of a machine-building enterprise based on a risk-oriented process approach. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the risk management subsystem formation as the basis of continuous development of the quality management system based on ISO 9000 standards are considered. Methodological recommendations of the development of existing enterprise methods for managing the processes of the quality management system are proposed. A methodology of risk management of quality management system processes has been developed. The practical application of the proposals formulated in the paper is shown by the example of an enterprise engaged in the production of electric traction machines for railway rolling stock. At the present stage of development of machine-building production, insufficient attention is paid to the issue of methodological support for risk management of quality management system processes developed on the basis of ISO 9000 series standards, despite the fact that this direction is very relevant and practically in demand in all industries. It is revealed that the process monitoring system, which is based on monitoring process indicators, information about internal audits, self-assessment of the quality management system, allows you to present a real picture of the state of processes and develop management decisions to improve the effectiveness and improvement of processes and the quality management system. And all the information obtained during process monitoring can be used as input data for managing risks in processes.

Improving the assessment of the environmental and economic efficiency of measures

The purpose of the study is to improve methods for improving the regulatory and methodological framework for assessing the environmental and economic effectiveness of land reclamation investment projects. The research methodology is based on the Monte Carlo method, which corresponds to international standards, the theory and algorithms of innovative methods for determining risks, as well as the ability to provide the user with information about the content of risk assessment operations and ensure that their preferences are taken into account in the calculation process. Currently, many tools have been developed for automating risk analysis procedures, including those performed by the Monte Carlo method, which are described in various studies with varying degrees of completeness. The analysis of priority methods of assessing the risks of achieving the projected economic indicators of project solutions is performed and the prospects of the simulation method for practical use in the field of land reclamation are shown. The results of the risk assessment of environmental and economic efficiency of anti-filtration coatings of hydraulic structures of irrigation systems performed by the Monte Carlo method in the environment of the Crystal Ball software product are presented, and the need to improve the reliability of the predicted results of the effectiveness of the designed measures is established. Future research is risk assessment of profitability of the designed activities promote the development of existing and formation of new theories to justify the feasibility of implementation of reclamation investment projects.

In the context of the coming digital globalization of the economy, an important factor in increasing the level of development of ameliorated agriculture is the widespread introduction of innovative agricultural technologies and agricultural production management into the practice of the domestic agro-industrial complex. The methodological basis of research is based on information and analytical methods, methods of expert assessments, system analysis and synthesis. Based on the results of the studies and the performed assessment, the role of innovation systems in the structure of the agricultural production economy and the experience of their application in the ameliorative sector of the economy in comparison with developed foreign countries are characterized. The influence of innovations on the efficiency and productivity of labor is shown and proposals are presented to reduce and eliminate the technological backwardness of agricultural production on reclaimed lands, consistent with the trends in the development of technologies for the production of advanced industries of the domestic and world economy. The main stages of the formation of production management systems, which provide support for the assignment of control actions, are presented. Reasons are revealed that hinder the full use of innovative technologies in agricultural production, associated with the lack of free funds among small-scale agricultural producers and their proper understanding of the strategic importance of innovations in the production process. A prognostic analysis of the innovative development of agricultural production based on “intelligent agricultural technologies”, is presented which unites objects via the Internet for receiving and exchanging information from built-in services.
