Abstract:. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory properties of the dry extract of Jerusalem artichoke herb in terms of weight (thymus, spleen), number of cells (thymus, spleen, bone marrow) of the immune system organs, indicators of cellular and humoral immunity in mice on a model of experimental immunodeficiency induced by the cytostatic methotrexate.
