“…The biomechanical forces that result in the ACL tear also result in medial meniscal tear. 9 Because of multiple tear the sensitivity of the medial meniscal tear is reduced. Due to presence of multiple tears one peripherally located meniscal tear was over looked on MRI in two patients.…”
