Evans syndrome and primary biliary cirrhosis

Abstract: Primary biliary cirrhosis associated with autoimmune haemolytic anaemia and thrombocytopaenia has rarely been reported in adults. We are presenting an 83-year-old woman with primary biliary cirrhosis who was also diagnosed with autoimmune haemolytic anaemia and idiopathic thrombocytopaenic purpura.
