Abstract:Dental literature demonstrates limited research on non-surgical management of hemi-mandibulectomy patients with completely edentulous arches and severe deviation. In this evidence-based case report, a 65 year old, Cantor Curtis Class III hemi-mandibulectomy patient presented to the Department of Prosthodontics with completely edentulous mandibular arch and chief complaint of difficulty in mastication and speech.
