“…At low energies √ s NN < 14.5 GeV, the v 2 3 {2} become consistent with zero in 50-60% peripheral collisions. This result is consistent with the idea of absence of a low viscosity QGP phase in low energy peripheral collisions [26]. For more central collisions, the values of v 2 3 {2} are positive and change little from 19.6 GeV to 7.7 GeV.…”

“…The φ meson may not follow the trend of the other identified hadrons at 7.7 and 11.5 GeV, but more data are needed before any conclusions can be drawn. Hybrid model calculations show that the weak dependence of v 2 (p T ) on the beam energy may result from the interplay of the hydrodynamic and hadronic transport phase [26]. The trianglular flow v 3 is more sensitive to the viscous damping and might be an ideal observable to probe the formation of a QGP and the pressure gradients in the early plasma phase.…”

“…We also note that the ratio involving the shear viscosity is reduced with increasing baryon density, which indicates that the QGP becomes closer to its perfect fluid limit in the baryon dense regime (a similar conclusion was reached within a kinetic approach to a hadronic gas in [105]). Additionally, this has an interesting consequence for the v 2 to v 3 relationship at the Beam Energy Scan and it favors a shorter lifetime of the QGP as argued in [112].…”

“…Initially, the v 2 3 {2} was found to originate from the initial geometry fluctuations. In addition, recent hybrid model calculations show that the v 2 3 {2} is also very sensitive to a low viscosity QGP phase in the early stage [20]. This motivates us to use v 2 3 {2} to serve as a signature of formation of QGP.…”
