Examining the impact of reasonable accommodation appraisals on New Zealand managers' attitudes toward hiring people with disability

Abstract: PurposeManagers are responsible for implementing reasonable accommodation (RA) for people with disabilities (PwD). Yet, little is known about the extent to which managerial views of RA shape attitudes toward PwD.
