Exceptions to Law as a Means of Ensuring Its Legitimacy

Abstract: The article reveals the relations between two phenomena of legal reality: the legitimacy of law and exceptions to the law. The author agrees that the legitimacy is the most important feature of the right, indicating the recognition of both the right itself and its regulatory impact by the majority of the population.
